Meeting room 1 - 36 square metres
This room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people seated and up to 20 people with tables.

Meeting room 2 - 36 square metres
This room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people seated and up to 20 people with tables.

Meeting room 1 & 2 - (larger joined space) - 72 square metres
When opened, the two rooms can accommodate up to 100 people seated and around 70 people with tables.

Mandala room - limited availability
The Mandala room is a private and fully furnished, comfortable consulting office.

Counselling room - limited availability
The Counselling Room is a smaller office space made for one-on-one appointments and client interviews. The room has air conditioning, duress remote for worker and client safety, ample lighting, Wi-Fi, power points and USB connection points.

The Open Area
The Open Area is the perfect all-weather option for casual group gatherings. Available on weekends and after hours only, the Open Area is suitable for groups of all sizes.

Additional Info
We have communal kitchen & tea/coffee facilities available. Optional extras are available at no cost and these are TV, White Board, HDMI cables. Please bring your own laptop.
FIRST UP...
Hiring one of our rooms is easy, to start the ball rolling, we just need to know a few things
- Is it a regular long term hire or a short term hire?
- What dates and times?
- How many people are you expecting?
- How many hours do you require the venue?
- Do you have your own public liability insurance?
Rooms are subject to a minimum hire period of 1 hour and are available to hire between 6am to 10pm.
Your next step is to do the following; Call our office on 5441 4724 and ask to make a room booking. You can also send an email through to reception@nabmourcc.org and our administration officer will give you a call or email you to arrange your booking. OR Drop into the centre to collect a printed copy to complete (between 9am and 3pm on weekdays).
Invoices are sent out at the end of each month. Payment is required within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Payment can also be made online via the invoice. Future room hire will not be accepted if there are outstanding invoices.
